Power line given the go-ahead

After a long process that involved numerous public consultations, the power line between Invermere and Golden has been given a go-ahead.

The BC Utilities Commission approved the Columbia Valley Transmission Project (CVTP) and issued a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity on September 3.
