Wildsight's Kimberley Water Study Available

Wildsight Kimberley/Cranbrook has completed our Kimberley Water Study. The study looks at Kimberley's water supplies, our water use, and the creek flow requirements for aquatic life below our water intakes. The potential upcoming boundary expansion will increase the amount of water that we use, with possible negative effects on aquatic life in Mark Creek and possible decreases in drinking water quality. Wildsight believes we should look closely at the effects on water use changes before we commit our resources to future developments. Our study is part of that process.
