With the onset of cold winter temperatures, we as Golden residents are tempted to re-engage in an unhealthy and addictive habit, idling our vehicles.
Unnecessary idling contributes to air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, increases engine wear, escalates fuel consumption and aggravates a substantial portion of the public. As an individual, you can be instrumental in reducing environmental impacts.
