Off-road vehicles could be licensed in BC

Fernie – Reaction has ranged from disbelief to applause over Victoria's announcement that it's considering legislation for licensing and registering off-road vehicles.
Kevin Kruger, Minister of Tourism, Culture and the Arts, said there now is “an appetite in our government” to bring in regulations controlling off-road vehicle use.
British Columbia is the only jurisdiction in North America, including Mexico, not to have such legislation.
