Don't hand over Jumbo on a platter

If and when Jumbo was started, they should have said a big fat "No," then instead of them getting this far and then handing it to them on a platter. It seems we the people of this area have been saying NO to this project all along and nobody has listened in any shape or form. Why bother putting in rules and regulations when they do what they please anyway?
