Horse Creek Restoration
Calling all riparian restoration enthusiasts! We need your help.
Please join us for a fun-filled day of restoration activities on the locally and ecologically significant Horse Creek. Wildsight is asking all citizens, businesses and local organizations to join us in our efforts to help restore the native ecology of Horse Creek. We are going to be planting a few species of native plants (along with tree branch clippings) in the riparian areas along the south side of the creek. We hope that you can come out and help us with this community restoration event!
When: Saturday, September 24th
Time: Start time is 9am
Location: From Golden, head south along Hwy 95 for about 10kms. Turn left on Austin Rd where we will meet at the Horse Creek mailboxes.
