NOTE: On April 24, 2010, Pat Morrow will lead a group of volunteers in removing discarded tires and other debris from the Wilmer Slough, a short distance from Invermere. The tires will be stored for later permanent removal during the Winter season. The Project is being sponsored by the District of Invermere and the Invermere Branch of Wildsight.
